News Report

It's been awhile, but I'm thankful for all of you who read my blog.
Most recently I have been up to the same things, working at the horse barn and learning to ride, taking dance lessons every Tuesday and Thursday, and I am still staying up later than I should.

In other news...
One of my brothers came arrived home from Alaska yesterday afternoon. In celebration we went and watched the new Superman movie in theaters last night (which hindered my going to bed at a decent hour again). It was pretty good. I haven't seen the other ones in awhile so I don't really have a good comparison. I thought some parts of it were a little slow and the chemistry between Lois and Superman was a little bit lacking, but over all it was entertaining.
The other day I watched a new movie named Click. It was BAD. I was kinda disappointed cause I expected it to be better than it actually was. I was sorely let down. There was a ton of unnecessary foul language (not that it is ever necessary but particularly so here). Definitely not a kid’s movie and I sincerely would NOT recommend it.
I've been watching this TV show called So You Think You Can Dance for the past few weeks. I like it a lot. It's similar to American Idol but still pretty different for obvious reasons. Anyway, it's very interesting to watch how the show progresses and the different couples perform and get to know each other. I'm sure it has to do with the way the show is edited and cut, but you really feel like you are getting to know the people on the show. In the back of my mind I wonder how much politics are involved in how they portray the competitors because you only see what they want you to see, however, that only goes so far though.
I'm getting up early tomorrow to go to Ky to my grandparents house. They live on the lake. It'll be nice to have a break...
Just in: My mother just told me I'm going to be driving a lot of the way up there. Ugg. It's a 4 hour drive. I was kinda hoping to sleep some and possibly read, so much for that idea. I better go to bed before I turn into a pumpkin.

glad to hear the brothers are safe! LOL I was disappointed with Superman! They needed Tom Welling from Smallville! :-)
