Elementary
Spiderwebs of magical points
The conductor stops the violent train
Causing an unexpected facial expression
Seedpods drifting in the unintentional wind
The drummer strikes the unforgiving cymbals
Distracting the crowds harried attention
Shoelaces involuntarily untied
The angry father shouts at his child
Escaping any notice
Sacred footsteps vaguely formed
The passenger demands a costly refund
Frustrating the girl into a shameful blush
Shamrocks reflect the dark city's lights
The bum curls unassumingly below the stairs
Giving time for impersonal blood to run
Steppingstones scattered sparingly
The student desperately digs for meaning
Having an experience
A.C.

My comment is in reference not only to your poem, which i quite like, but also to your new, re-visioned, and somewhat streamlined version of your self-description... which has me grinning from ear to ear! Yes.
Y'know, when you eventually get around to listening to those Bruce Cockburn songs, i think you'll find that you really like him. This poem has a kind of Cockburn-esque vibe.
